Homeowner Reservation Referral Program

Pelican Beach Management, Inc. encourages owners to increase unit occupancy and revenue by offering an incentive for rentals that are the direct result of an owner's referral. Owner will receive a commission of 10% of gross rental revenue as compensation for the referral.

So that this transaction can be accurately accounted for, please notify your Rental Manager at (850) 654-1425.

Commissions for Owner Referrals will be paid through the Pelican Beach Management, Inc. Travel Agent Accounting system within thirty business days of the referred guest's departure.

Deposit and cancellation policies remain consistent with the current policies protecting the inventory. Rates will be consistent with the prevailing rate being offered for the rental period.
